By using Liftvia’s website and services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
Liftvia provides AI-powered marketing services, including website creation, local SEO, listings management, and automation tools.
Scope of services may vary based on the selected plan and are outlined on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
2. No Guarantees
While we strive to improve your online presence, we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue outcomes.
3. Payments
Services are billed as selected at the time of purchase. By purchasing services, you authorize Liftvia to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis where applicable.
Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun or work has commenced. Monthly service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate business information
Respond to requests in a timely manner
Not misuse or resell our services
Failure to provide necessary information, access, or approvals may delay service delivery. Liftvia is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction
5. Cancellation
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting
support@liftvia.com.
No partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
Cancellation will stop future billing but does not reverse charges already processed.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, and materials provided by Liftvia remain the property of Liftvia unless otherwise agreed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Liftvia is not liable for:
Loss of business, revenue, or data
Website downtime or third-party platform issues
Indirect or consequential damages
Liftvia’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.
8. Third-Party Tools
We use third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Stripe, GoHighLevel) and are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates affecting these platforms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

13. Disputes & Chargebacks
By purchasing services, you agree to contact Liftvia to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in service suspension.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Liftvia regarding the use of our services.
